Ranger Station Fragrance Guide – Retail Associate

Ranger Station is a premium fragrance house inspired by the great outdoors. At our Fragrance Houses, we believe life was meant to be an adventure—and scent makes it an experience.

As we prepare to open our new Charleston location on King Street, we’re looking for Fragrance Guides to help bring the Ranger Station experience to life in a new market.

As a Fragrance Guide, you will lead customers through a thoughtful and engaging fragrance journey. This role requires a strong understanding of our products, how they’re made, and the Ranger Station story. Above all, you’ll create a welcoming, elevated environment that invites customers to explore and connect with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, engaging, and educational customer experience

• Guide customers through fragrance discovery and make thoughtful recommendations

• Develop strong knowledge of our fragrances, candles, ingredients, and production processes

• Maintain an organized, clean, and elevated store environment

• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and in-store events

• Stay current on product launches and industry trends

Requirements

• Interest in fragrance, candles, and storytelling through scent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits

• Positive, approachable, and team-oriented mindset

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
