About Us

Ranger Station is a modern candle and fine fragrance company based in Nashville, TN. We are built on a foundation of craftsmanship, storytelling, and intentional design. Every product we make—whether it’s a hand-poured candle or a signature eau de parfum—is crafted to elevate everyday experiences with high-quality, thoughtfully sourced materials. We are looking for candidates who are passionate, curious, and eager to help us continue building something special.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly analytical early-career professional to support sourcing, supply chain operations, demand forecasting, and data analysis for our candle and perfume business. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone a few years out of college who wants hands-on exposure to how a growing consumer fragrance company operates end-to-end. This role would support both Ranger Station and our custom business, Nashville Candle Supply.

This is a build-and-improve role. You’ll work with real data, real suppliers, and real operational constraints — helping create systems and insights that directly impact inventory, cash flow, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Sourcing

  • Maintain supplier data including pricing, lead times, and MOQs

  • Identify risks, constraints, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Support reconciliation of purchase orders in accordance with vendor terms

Inventory & Planning

  • Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
  • Support inventory planning to balance service levels and cash flow
  • Track lead times and flag potential supply disruptions
  • Liaison between production and sales, communicating production dates and status updates

Accounts Payable

  • Provide end-to-end Accounts Payable support across the organization, including invoice processing, payment coordination, and vendor communications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies, answer payment-related inquiries, and support smooth financial operations.

Forecasting & Demand Planning

  • Support demand forecasts across Ranger Station and custom business
  • Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and launches
  • Translate forecasts into material and production requirements
  • Improve forecasting accuracy through ongoing analysis and iteration

Data, Systems & Reporting

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, inventory, and supply chain KPIs
  • Improve data structure, accuracy, and usability across systems
  • Create and document scalable processes, templates, and SOPs
  • Support ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships and co-ops included)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency; Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to work with ERP, experience with replenishment/forecasting systems (Cin7Core, SAP, E3, Inforem, Intactix, etc) is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, high-growth business
  • A proactive, team-first attitude and a passion for thoughtfully made products

Growth Path

This role is designed to grow into positions such as Analyst, Supply Chain Planner, Operations Manager, or Strategic Sourcing Lead as the business scales.
