Project Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will work for Ranger Station's manufacturing company, Nashville Candle + Supply. The Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of private label and custom fragrance orders, from initial development to final delivery. This role involves close collaboration with sales, design, production, and finance teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting both customer expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Project Management:
  Manage the development of private label and custom fragrance products, including product SKU creation, custom scent formulation, and artwork development. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all elements of the product meet customer specifications and are delivered on time.
• Customer Engagement & Communication:
  Serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Provide project proofs, manage approvals, and ensure efficient and clear communication regarding timelines, payment terms, and production updates.
• Quality Assurance & Sample Management:
  Oversee the creation and testing of pre-production samples for private label and custom fragrance products, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards before full production begins. Manage the approval process for samples and address any customer concerns promptly.
• Supply Chain Coordination & Production Scheduling:
  Coordinate the procurement of raw materials and manage the internal planning for production. Ensure that all materials are ordered and received on time, and that production schedules are accurately maintained.
• Financial Oversight & Invoicing:
  Handle the financial aspects of private label and custom fragrance projects, including quote authorization, payment processing, and final invoicing. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with the project’s progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or project management.
• Familiarity with the fragrance or consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and ERP systems (e.g., Cin7 Core).
• Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
